Day 1 – Perspective Shift 1: Systems Thinking
You will be introduced to the basics of systemic thinking and apply them to your own area of work. We work with practical tools to make feedback loops visible, distinguish symptoms from causes and recognize deeper leverage points for sustainable change.
Day 2 – Change of perspective 2: The regenerative power of letting go
We’ll explore regeneration as a dynamic, cyclical process—drawing inspiration from natural systems. You’ll learn how strategic letting go can lead to emergence, resilience, and renewed vitality, both in individuals and organizations seeking to drive systemic transformation.
Day 3 – Change of perspective 3: Inner work, outer impact
We turn inward to explore how mindset, belief systems, and emotional resilience shape the way we lead and catalyze change. Through the lens of the Inner Development Goals, we’ll look at how personal growth becomes a powerful lever for shifting paradigms and creating meaningful outer impact.
