What you learn in the 3 days
Day 1 – Perspective Shift 1: Systems Thinking
Systemic thinking is a must for anyone who wants to (co-)shape social change towards a regenerative future. Together we will discover the basics of systemic thinking and do exercises that will help you recognize deeper leverage points for sustainable change.
Day 2 – Change of perspective 2: Regeneration: thinking in cycles
Together, we will discuss what “life-centred design” means and do practical exercises on the topic of the circularity of your organization. Cycles also mean that familiar things come to an end and things are reformulated in chaos. We will discuss how we deal with the topic of collapse and do practical exercises to help you deal with this aspect.
Day 3 – Change of perspective 3: Organizational models for change & habits
On the third day, I will introduce you to various organizational models that we find in social enterprises and organizations that are driving change. New business models also require new behavioral patterns. I will show you what approaches there are here and very practical exercises to anchor new behavior in your subconscious.
We will meet at lunchtime on all three days for a compact, inspiring hour – completely relaxed online. And if you can’t be there live: There are also recordings.
