Inge Patsch
I set up Regeneration Pioneers because I have been working at the interface of social enterprises, universities and non-profit organizations for 15 years – always with the question of how scientific findings can be effectively translated into practice.
My years in Nepal, where I supported social enterprises in remote regions in collaboration with Prof. Yunus, had a particular impact on me. Another turning point was my time as a parent, which I spent between a permaculture garden at an altitude of 800 m and training in Tibetan medicine.
This is where I learned that regenerative solutions arise when we work with nature – and at the same time cultivate inner clarity and depth.

Kathrin helps municipalities, communities and organizations to develop new ideas and boldly put them into practice. At Regeneration Pioneers, she creates spaces in which innovation methods are used to find new paths for a sustainable future.
Barbara Hundshammer – expert in ecopsychology & mental resilience
Barbara supports people in dealing with the deep emotions that arise in the face of ecological and social crises. Using methods from ecopsychology and deep ecology (Work that reconnects according to Joanna Macy), she shows ways in which worry and pain can become sources of inner strength and regenerative action.
