Changing the world is easier if you have a smart strategy.
Inge Patsch, systemic organizational consultant with a scientific background, IT expert and mediation teacher.
So that you as a changemaker don’t end up in burnout but drive social change!
Tell me, do you know that?
- Are you actively committed to social change?
Perhaps you have already founded an association or a social business or would like to do so soon? - Do you want to stop fighting symptoms and get to the root of the problem?
- Do you want to invest your time, money and commitment where it really makes a difference?
- What is happening in the world makes you sad or angry – and you are looking for ways to remain stable inside and at the same time stand up for a better world?
Wouldn’t it be nice if …
- … you can clearly see how you can use your valuable time and resources to increase your impact?
- … you or your team would have a compass to make regenerative decisions in complex environments on a daily basis?
- … you are committed to the daily confrontation with the local and global crises that have grown?
- … exchange ideas and network with other pioneers of regeneration?

When my heart project went down the drain …
I know what it feels like when commitment alone is not enough. When a joint social business project failed after years of intensive work and a fellow campaigner had to give up, it hit me hard. Not out of naivety, but because I realized how many committed people fall apart due to a lack of structures and finances. That’s exactly where my inner fire started to burn. Since then, I haven’t let go of the question of what it takes so that people who shape change don’t burn out or have to give up. I firmly believe that idealism needs a solid foundation in order to be effective.
