My vision is to inspire a global movement that anchors regenerative approaches<\/strong> not only in environmental and climate issues, but also in social and economic systems<\/strong>.
Without positive visions of the future<\/strong>, we lack a shared direction. That\u2019s where Regeneration Pioneers comes in: we create spaces for dialogue<\/strong> and the development of new societal visions <\/strong>\u2014 because future images must emerge collectively.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

IT Sector (until 2012)<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I started my career in the software industry, focusing on payroll systems \u2014 learning how processes and efficiency function.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2007\u20132012: Studies & First Encounters with Social Business<\/strong>
<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I studied Cultural Productions<\/em>, focusing on the interplay between culture, politics, and economics. During this time, I met Muhammad Yunus and discovered the concept of Social Business \u2014 an encounter that deeply transformed my understanding of the economy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2012\u20132017: Nepal \u2013 Building Social Businesses & Collaboration with Muhammad Yunus<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I moved to Nepal and worked closely with social entrepreneurs. From 2013 to 2015, I had the unique opportunity to collaborate with Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus to develop sustainable business models.
During that time, I served as COO of Nepal Social Business<\/strong> and co-founded <\/strong>Career Disha Nepal<\/strong><\/em> with several Nepali colleagues \u2014 a platform that promotes educational opportunities and career orientation in Nepal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over time, I also became aware of the systemic challenges. One social entrepreneur wanted to produce affordable school uniforms \u2014 but without access to cheap fabric from questionable factories in Bangladesh, it simply wasn\u2019t viable.
This realization deeply shaped my thinking about our financial and economic systems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Since 2017: External Lecturer & Academic Practice<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I began teaching as an external lecturer at institutions such as the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein, focusing on sustainability in sport, culture, and event management.
Since then, I\u2019ve been actively involved in research projects at the intersection of theory and practice. In 2024, I co-published a study on perceptions of sustainability, and in 2018, my article on the future of social business in Nepal appeared in the Handbook of Research on Small Business Social Responsibility<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2018: First Child & Return to Austria<\/strong>

The birth of my first child reshaped my perspective on long-term sustainability \u2014 both personally and professionally.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Since 2019: Forum Seitenstetten \u2013 A New Economic Order<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve been active in the Forum Seitenstetten<\/em>, a platform for promoting a peace-oriented financial and economic system. I manage the network\u2019s online communications and have since collaborated and exchanged ideas with numerous inspiring changemakers and visionaries.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2020\u20132022: Training in Tibetan Medicine & Deepening Meditation Practice<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I deepened my practice and knowledge of meditation and the workings of the mind. This expanded my understanding of holistic health and confirmed that inner development is an essential part of regeneration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2023\/2024: Second Child & Realigning My Professional Path in Europe<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The birth of my second child marked a conscious realignment of my professional direction in Europe. I now integrate meditation, mindset work, and inner development more deeply into my focus on sustainability, social business, and societal transformation \u2014 a convergence that culminates in the Regeneration Pioneers<\/em> project.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

My Mission Today<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My mission is to support people in bringing regenerative solutions to life.
This requires three essential ingredients:
new strategies<\/strong>, a deep awareness of transformation<\/strong> (inspired by the Inner Development Goals and Buddhist thought), and new structures<\/strong> \u2014 within our organizations and throughout society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These three aspects are always present in my work. Whether I\u2019m helping visionary individuals take their projects to the next level, or supporting them in making their ideas both sustainable and financially viable, I bring a holistic lens to the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Systemic thinking<\/strong> plays a key role:
I support people and organizations in uncovering the deeper causes behind their challenges and opening up new perspectives on familiar problems.
My work combines analytical methods with participatory processes \u2014 to develop innovative solutions with lasting impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
