Who am I?
I am Inge Patsch – speaker, trainer and systemic consultant for regenerative management.
For over ten years, I have been supporting organizations, educational institutions and social enterprises on their way to greater impact, meaning and resilience. In doing so, I combine scientific depth, systemic thinking and intercultural practical experience – including from Nepal and Europe.
What is regenerative development – and why is it relevant?
Regenerative development is not a new method – it is a radical change of perspective:
Promote a shift away from short-term functioning and optimization towards long-term living.
In a regenerative economy, structures are created in which every decision – whether strategic or operational – serves life. It poses the question: How can we design systems that nourish people and nature – instead of exploiting them?
It’s not just about the circular economy or efficiency.
It’s about feeling systemic connections – and seeing yourself as part of them.
What makes my approach special
I combine practice and theory – from Europe and the global South.
My perspective is shaped by:
- Years of experience in organizational development
- Scientific activity as external lecturer (FH Kufstein)
- Several years of active work in Nepal – including with Prof. Muhammad Yunus
- and the conviction: Change begins within
I work with the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) and use them to strengthen not only structures, but also people.
Simulations: Experience complexity instead of just understanding it
A particular focus of my work is on simulations . Why? Because we not only have to grasp complex relationships intellectually, but also experience them holistically in order to really take action.
Simulations enable us not only to analyze systems, but also to understand them emotionally and physically – and that is exactly what makes the difference. They create experiential spaces in which aha moments and a deep understanding of interrelationships arise – beyond theory and PowerPoint.
