„To be regenerative is to become a force for life — in business, in leadership, in the world.“
Keynotes, talks, and workshops for conferences, organizations, and educational institutions.
Who am I?
I’m Inge Patsch – speaker, trainer, and systemic consultant for regenerative business.
For over ten years, I’ve supported organizations, educational institutions, and social enterprises in strengthening their impact, purpose, and resilience. My work integrates academic depth, systemic thinking, and intercultural experience — including in Nepal and across Europe.

What is regenerative development — and why does it matter?
Regenerative development isn’t a tool or technique — it’s a shift in how we see the world.
It invites us to move away from short-term thinking and constant optimization, and instead ask: How can we support life in the long run?
In a regenerative economy, we build structures where every decision — big or small — is in service of life.
Rather than extracting from people and nature, we design systems that nourish and sustain them.
It’s not just about being more efficient or closing loops.
It’s about sensing the deeper patterns that connect us — and understanding that we’re part of those living systems.

What Sets My Approach Apart
I bridge theory and practice — drawing from both European contexts and the Global South. My perspective is shaped by:
- Years of hands-on experience in organizational development
- Academic work as an external lecturer (University of Applied Sciences Kufstein)
- Several years of active engagement in Nepal — including work with Prof. Muhammad Yunus
- And a core belief: real change starts from within
I work with the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) — supporting not just systems and structures, but also the people who bring them to life.
