Rooted Impact program details

Think systemically. Grow inwardly. Create deep impact.

Welcome to Rooted Impact

Many changemakers feel that fundamental change is needed. But between crises, complexity and everyday pressure, there is often a lack of clarity for real impact.

Rooted Impact is an online three-month development space in which you systemically penetrate your vision and develop an effective strategy – supported by post-traumatic thinking and inner clarity.

Who is this program for?

For people who:

  • want to play an active role in shaping social change
  • often feel torn between commitment and exhaustion
  • have had enough of fighting symptoms
  • seek a viable strategy to build a bridge to a regenerative future

Wurzelwerk is for changemakers, social entrepreneurs, project managers, founders, activists – who want to tackle the root causes.

Why the breakthrough has failed to materialize so far

Systemic thinking is not (yet) part of our education system. Without this view, however, we invest a lot of time and energy in weak levers – and work Sisyphean-style on symptoms instead of causes.

At the same time, we will not manage the transition to a regenerative future without internal change. We need new narratives. However, inner development and mental work has so far hardly been linked to strategy work or organizational consulting.

Real impact requires both: systemic and regenerative thinking and openness to inner transformation – in combination.

The solution: regenerative effect from inside and outside

The program Rooted Impact is based on two mutually reinforcing pillars.

the outer path: organizational strategies for change

Based on systemic thinking and regenerative principles, we develop a 6-step impact strategy for change that anchors your mission sustainably in the regenerative organization.

The inner path: Nourish your mind

In a balanced mixture of mindset work, Tibetan healing and exercises to perceive yourself as part of nature again, you will be strengthened in leading regenerative organizations.

Pillar 1: The Outer Path: Organizational Strategies for Change

A structured process that you go through at your own pace – with exercises, tools and 1:1 support.

Step 1: Regenerative vision

Develop or refine a vision that is grounded in scientific principles and at the same time inspired by the infinite potential that lies within us.

Step 2: Systemic thinking

You will learn to analyze complex relationships, recognize systemic loops and identify the true causes of complex problems. This will help you find levers to achieve long-term impact with your project.

Step 3: Principles of regenerative organizations

You will explore how regenerative organizations work and learn about specific principles and models that strengthen cooperation, self-organization and resilience. After all, regeneration requires not only effective strategies but also new forms of organization.

Step 4: Impact-oriented organizational models

We will find the organizational model best suited to your needs and refine how you will bring change into the world in the future.

Step 5: Financing strategy

You develop a financing strategy that is ethical and supports you in the long term – be it through a social business, support groups or community-oriented sources of income.

Step 6: Implementation tactics

Finally, you will set yourself concrete next goals. You will learn how to remain both focused and adaptable at the same time.

Plus: 4 × 1:1 coaching sessions with Inge – spread over the 3 months, individually tailored.

Pillar 2: The Inner Path – Nourish Your Mind

An accompanying 10-week program for emotional clarity, mental resilience and deep self-understanding.

You learn:

  • integrate regenerative practices into your everyday life
  • Emotional resilience: dealing with grief and anger in the face of global multi-crises

  • Leading people into a regenerative future with confidence
